The pool is for use at YOUR OWN RISK! The pool is 7' x 13' Heating the pool is an additional $40/day for the entire stay if you should desire to do it.

Beach towels are provided.

Chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the private beach.

Shopping and dining are all very close. We recommend Pompano Joe's, Whales Tail, and Bad Ass Coffee, which are a quick walk. Destin Commons Shopping Mall with an AMC movie theater and the Outlet is only 10 minutes away.

Along Highway 98, which is the main connector in the area you will find several golf courses, mini-golf, bowling, and a water park for kids.

We also recommend visiting the Harborwalk Village in Destin. They offer several different boat excursions, parasailing, snorkeling and they also have a jet ski rental.

A few minutes from Destin you find Okaloosa Island with miles of the untouched white-sanded beach if you want to grab a picnic and enjoy the silence and the loneliness by only listening to the waves of the Gulf of Mexico.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
